Malacañang defends First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos' book launch and concert events amid the onslaught of Super Typhoon Uwan last week. Palace Press Officer Claire Castro tells a media briefing on Nov. 11, 2025 that the events attended by the first lady honored outstanding Filipinos and were not a 'mere costume party.'
