An Asean observer team visited the injured in Cambodia’s Banteay Meanchey province Thursday (Nov 13) after Thai and Cambodian forces exchanged fire along a disputed border.

Cambodia said Thai troops killed one person and injured three on Wednesday, prompting Prime Minister Hun Manet to call for an independent investigation.
