ICI urged to investigate Zaldy Co video on Marcos alleged insertions in 2025 national budget

ACT Teachers Rep. Antonio Tinio and Kabataan Partylist Rep. Renee Co submitted a letter to the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) urging them to investigate claims by former Ako Bicol Partylist representative Elizaldy Co on the alleged insertions that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. made in the 2025 budget. The two lawmakers said that the testimony of former DPWH undersecretary Roberto Bernardo could be used to corroborate Co's video revelation, and also urged to investigate the involvement of former Budget secretary Amenah Pangandaman, former undersecretary Adrian Bersamin and Justice Undersecretary Jose Cadiz Jr.
