Telangana. Congress woman leader Indira Shobhan Goud said that real estate in Telangana has increased to a level where it may not increase any more quickly. However, land prices in Hyderabad are not low. In the financial district, an acre has increased to Rs. 135 crore. She questioned whether this is real estate or not. She said that development in Telangana will continue at a very fast pace.
తెలంగాణలో రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ ఒక లెవల్ కు పెరిగిందని.. ఇక త్వరగా పెరగడం ఉండకపోవచ్చని కాంగ్రెస్ మహిళా నేత ఇందిర శోభన్ గౌడ్ అన్నారు. అయినప్పటికీ హైదరాబాద్ లో భూముల ధరలు తక్కువగా లేవన్నారు. ఫైనాన్షియల్ డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ లో ఎకర రూ.135 కోట్లకు పెరిగిందన్నారు. ఇది కాదా రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ అని ఆమె ప్రశ్నించారు. తెలంగాణలో అభివృద్ధి చాలా వేగంగా కొనసాగుతుందని అన్నారు.
