Stellantis will bring the electric Fiat Topolino to the U.S., a slow quadricycle with sub-50-mile range, despite America’s weak demand for tiny cars. The company says the move predates Trump’s Kei-car push, as Fiat’s U.S. sales have collapsed in recent years.
