Team Philippines clinches historic gold in 4x100m freestyle relay in 33rd SEA Games in Thailand

After 33 years, Team Philippines finally clinches a gold medal in the 4x100m freestyle relay on in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games here at Sports Authority Thailand on Dec. 10, 2025. The Philippine team spearheaded by Olympian Kayla Sanchez, along with Heather White, Chloe Isleta, and Xiandi Chua clocked in 3:44.26 seconds to snatch the gold.
