The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has announced the creation of the first-ever Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) in New York City. Co-led by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the FBI, the task force brings together federal, state, and local agencies to combat major criminal threats.
