दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने नेशनल हेराल्ड मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में राहुल गांधी, सोनिया गांधी और अन्य आरोपियों को बड़ी राहत दी है। कोर्ट ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की PMLA के तहत दायर शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेने से इनकार कर दिया। स्पेशल जज विशाल गोगने ने कहा कि यह मामला FIR आधारित नहीं बल्कि निजी शिकायत से जुड़ा है, इसलिए ED की कार्रवाई विचार योग्य नहीं है। इस फैसले के बाद कांग्रेस में खुशी की लहर है और राजनीतिक गलियारों में हलचल तेज हो गई है।
