US strikes hit three alleged drug-trafficking ships in Pacific

Video released on X by the US Southern Command shows strikes carried out on Dec. 15, 2025 against three boats allegedly linked to drug trafficking in the Eastern Pacific, which killed eight people. The post said the operations targeted three vessels "transiting along known narco-trafficking routes" which were "operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations."
