3,000年前にデンジ星を滅ぼした異次元人で悪の一族ベーダー一族が地球に襲来、地球総ヘドロ化を企む。
しかし、デンジ星人の生き残りはベーダーに立ち向かうべく、科学力を結集して作った巨大宇宙船デンジランドをすでに地球に送り込んでいた。ベーダーの侵攻をキャッチしたデンジランドはシステムが起動し、覚醒したデンジ星の生き残りロボット犬アイシーは記憶装置に従って地球に移住したデンジ星人の末裔である5人の若者を選び出し、電子戦隊デンジマンを結成した。デンジマンは地球を守るためにベーダー一族との戦いに挑む。

Three thousand years ago, the Bader Clan—an evil interdimensional race that destroyed Planet Denji—invaded Earth, plotting to transform the entire planet into sludge.
However, the surviving Denji aliens had already sent the giant spaceship Denji Land to Earth, built by pooling their scientific might to confront the Bader. Detecting the Bader invasion, Denji Land activated its systems. Its awakened robotic dog, Icey, selected five young descendants of the Denji Star people who had migrated to Earth, following its memory device. They formed Denshi Sentai Denjiman. Denjiman now challenges the Bader Clan in battle to protect Earth.
