WOMEN’S 415LB SQUAT ATTEMPT ENDS IN DRAMATIC FAIL

A powerlifter experienced a heart-stopping moment at the gym when a heavy 415lb squat attempt went wrong.
The video, shared by Malory Joseph from Illinois, USA shows the woman bracing under the bar before losing control mid-rep.
As the weight drops, the bar crashes down, prompting two gym-goers to jump in and keep her safe.
Despite the dramatic fail, the woman appears shaken but unharmed.
The clip was shared on social media where one user commented: “I would've had to end the workout session for the day.”
