A major, multi-year report into the Northern Territory's alcohol policy has recommended further tightening restrictions on bottle shops, reintroducing a floor price on alcohol and altering the Banned Drinker Register. The partnership between government, researchers and the Aboriginal community-controlled health sector examined how health and justice outcomes changed in the Territory between two pivotal moments in alcohol policy.
