Four militants were k@lled on Friday after they attacked a security forces camp in the Boya area of North Waziristan district in Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistani media reported, citing police officials.

According to the reports, the assailants managed to enter the camp and opened fire, triggering an exchange in which all four attackers were ki@led. Four security personnel were wounded in the incident.

Police were quoted as saying preliminary information suggested the attackers may have used an explosives-laden vehicle or a suicide vest. A powerful blast was heard as far away as Miranshah, about 25 km (15 miles) from the site, local media reported.
