PNM political leader Pennelope Beckles is tonight confident of victory at the polls for the PNM Tobago arm of the party in the THA election.
Mrs. Beckles was on the ground in Tobago, at the Buccoo Multi-Purpose Facility, following PNM Tobago Council Political Leader Ancil Dennis filing his nomination papers on Friday afternoon. Elizabeth Williams was there and has this report.
