Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the focus of upcoming discussions with U.S. President Donald Trump will be on the “next stage” of Israel’s security challenges, extending beyond Iran.

Netanyahu said the agenda includes Gaza and Hamas, Hezbollah and Israel’s goal of a stable and sovereign Lebanon, and the Houthis, whom he accused of blocking international shipping routes affecting Israel, Greece and Cyprus.

While Iran will remain part of discussions, Netanyahu emphasized that immediate attention will be on managing multiple active fronts and protecting shared international norms, including maritime security.
