The northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” will continue to affect Northern Luzon, bringing cloudy skies and light to moderate rains in several areas, while easterlies will influence weather conditions over the rest of the country in the coming days, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
