Charles James Spencer-Churchill, the Duke of Marlborough, arrives at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court, where he has indicated he will plead not guilty to strangling his estranged wife Edla Marlborough.The duke is accused of three intentional strangulation offences against Edla Marlborough between November 2022 and May 2024.
