The Transport Commissioner faced questions from one Cabinet member who sits on a Parliamentary Joint Select Committee about why traffic exercises or road blocks by licensing officers and the police are occurring at peak traffic periods.

As the Transport Commissioner expressed hope that technology could make things easier in the future...an Assistant Police Commissioner indicated there could be a review of the timing of such traffic exercises.
