On April 23, 2022 (around 6:27 PM), an officer observed a 2013 BMW driving erratically westbound on Route 36. The officer turned around to follow, then initiated a traffic stop after the vehicle turned onto local roads and stopped near Hillside Avenue / Ocean Street (Highlands, NJ).
