1/10/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) I Never Miss Opportunities in Rarely Visited Areas

Views 0

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

I rarely allow opportunities to pass without collecting and sharing later. Some regions I rarely visit and that means I should gather all of the images that I can while I am in that area. My international audiences do like to see new areas in my videos and photographs.

Too much of the same usual places does get a bit boring and repetitive. I perfectly understand that point of view. Being outside of my home collection zone would mean that I am in some other international group associate's uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator collecting and share territory. I don't think we mind each other crossing over into each other's territories to collect and share some uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators. We are all getting the same stuff done and probably frequently cross over into other different collection zones all the time? This could only serve to reinforce the idea that our global collective reach can span entire cities and countries, or organizations of all types from everywhere. That is a very good thing. The perps can't hide.

Most of my other videos and photographs are from the closer to downtown urban zones. This and some of my videos show more of the rural zones of my city metropolitan region to give my international audiences something else to look at. City zones have street people, drug addicts, dirty streets, while the rural zones have clean streets and roads, with more horses, sheep, goats, cows, trees, etc.

That parking lot with all of those black and white cars, vans, and SUVs are next to the Central Saanich Municipality police station. They pretty much look the same as the Victoria Police, Saanich Police, Oak Bay Police, etc. They just have a different logo and name on the vehicles. I have collected all types of government enforcement vehicles, RCMP Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Canadian Military Police, CBSA Canada Border Services Agency, British Columbia Sheriffs, etc. Some of the other groups associates like to see uniforms, and I need to have something for them too.
