MACC seeks to forfeit assets worth RM11.4mil linked to ex-Army chief graft case, says Azam

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is seeking to forfeit assets worth millions of ringgit linked to a case involving a former army chief.

MACC chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki said the commission is in the process of preparing forfeiture applications in accordance with court procedures to ensure the assets are legally transferred to the government under existing laws.
