Former Kinabatangan MP Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin has been acquitted of three corruption charges involving RM2.8 million linked to a Felcra investment after the prosecution decided not to proceed following his death in December last year.

However, proceedings against his widow, actress Zizie Izette A. Samad, who is charged with abetting the offences, will continue.
