How could Zones of Special Operations be determined ?

Well, the Attorney General says the Police Service have explained that "certain areas" in this country "consistently recorded higher volumes of serious crime ."

This, as an Opposition Senator called on the Government to look more closely at the Jamaica model for Zones of Special Operation.
