రైతుల సమస్యలు తీర్చాలన్న కనీస ఆలోచన కూడా చంద్రబాబుకు లేదని వైసీపీ అధినేత వైఎస్ జగన్ అన్నారు. భూముల రీసర్వే చేయాలన్న ఆలోచన కూడా బాబుకు ఏనాడూ రాలేదన్నారు. రీసర్వే ఆలోచన నాకు నా పాదయాత్రలోనే వచ్చిందని చెప్పారు. రైతన్నలు లేవనెత్తిన సమస్యల నుంచి పరిష్కారమే రీసర్వే అని వివరించారు. తాము అధికారంలోకి రాకముందు సర్వేయర్లు లేరని గుర్తు చేశారు. భూములు సర్వే చేసే టెక్నాలజీ కూడా లేదన్నారు. సవాలక్ష భూ సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారం చేయడమే రీసర్వే అని పేర్కొన్నారు.
