Speaking after receiving a report from Ukraine’s delegation following talks in Abu Dhabi, Zelensky said Kyiv would be fully prepared for an earlier meeting, expected later this week. He accused Russia of deliberately prolonging the war and warned against Moscow using negotiations to delay effective pressure measures. The remarks come as over a million Ukrainians remain without power amid freezing temperatures, with emergency crews working round the clock to restore electricity and heating in Kyiv and other hard-hit regions.
