A former police officer allegedly resorted to kidnapping his cousin who refused to lend him money.


The abduction of the businessman was caught on camera in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, but the crime was foiled due to an unexpected accident.


The suspects managed to escape, but the alleged mastermind was later identified through backtracking.
