Border patrol chief and other agents to leave Minneapolis following second fatal shooting

The Trump administration agreed to scale back federal presence after a second fatal shooting by federal officers. President Donald Trump said he will replace Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino with border czar, Tom Homan.
