Public school students in the Northern Territory will soon be required under Education policy to sing the national anthem at assemblies. The post-Australia Day policy shift also requires teachers to educate students about national symbols and what they mean to Australia's identity. But there's questions over the necessity of the policy noting most schools already adhere to the new rules.
