Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has reportedly moved into a fortified underground bunker in Tehran as fears of a U.S.–Iran war surge. The move comes amid a massive U.S. military buildup, including the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier group, new air defenses, and over 30,000 additional troops authorized for deployment. The U.K. has also sent Typhoon fighter jets to Qatar.
