NORFOLK, Va (July 30, 2009) Sailors aboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) man the rails for the Nimitz class aircraft carrier's return to her homeport of Norfolk. The ship is returning from a regularly scheduled five month deployment to the U.S. Navy 5th and 6th Fleet area of operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and maritime security operations.
