Housing Hartlepool has hosted the first visit to the North East by the Rt Hon John Healey MP since he was appointed Minister of State for Housing and Planning.

The Minister was invited to take come along to celebrate five years of achievements by Housing Hartlepool.

The visit saw Mr Healey visiting Housing Hartlepool’s Albany Court sheltered housing where £3.2 million is being invested in improving the 26-year-old building to bring it up to modern standards.
