The Balkan conflict has been over for 14 years, but Croatia is still struggling with its legacy. There are around two million still buried somewhere in the ground. They've killed some 1,400 people and maimed thousands more since the end of the war. Tourists continue to flock to the coastline -- where there is no threat. The residents of the region are now hoping Brussels will help.
