Miss Homeless Belgium 2009 - a private initiative with the power to provoke and draw public attention to those living on the sidelines of society.There are 11 finalists,including Leonie Reniers,who is in her early 40s. She was homeless for many years,living at a railway station in Brussels. But entering this contest has paid off. Thanks to the project she's found an apartment and is slowly getting her life back on track.
