This is Part 3 of 7 the Nakkertok Mental Training session on Cognitive Skills for High Performance Minds, including Focus / Refocus, Imagery and Mental Practice. Part 3 provides athletes with an overview of how to do a body scan to understand where they're feeling tension or issues within their body that may affect their performance. Mindfulness enables the athlete to understand what's happening and then being able to deal with it.
