This appears to be a pseudonym for Al Mitchell's band. As early as 1923, Mitchell led the Arcadia Orchestra was one of the smaller orchestras associated with Paul Whiteman, playing at the Arcadia, Providence, R. I in 1923. He also played in the Whiteman Sextette; in the early 30's he led several studio outfits. Further information about his career is difficult to retrieve. This lovely record was made in 1934 and the vocalist is Dick Robertson. By lack of pictures of Al Mitcbell, I added a series of new Robertson sheet music I found.
