第二次到西九海濱長廊迎接元旦來臨、2010年的來臨。今年不用留在臨時停車場或建築材料堆放場內了，真真正正去到西九海濱長廊近維港的海旁位置。
可能角度關係，報章所說的立體光影效果、魚兒向上游的效果還是看不到，莫非只有尖沙咀的人才可看到？
