The opening was on January 15th along with the opening of the "Ecstatic Peace" artwork from Thurston Moore (Sonic Youth). The Hitch-Hikers collection is a selection of 42 pictures out of the 365 pictures total in the collection. The pictures were a little bit bigger than the original sizes of the collection to fit the white room at White Columns.
