Dannii Minogue has spoken openly about her pregnancy and cougar status.

Talking at the launch of her Project D fashion line at Selfridges, Minogue 38, described herself as a "very lucky girl" to have snapped up her 31-year-old boyfriend Kris Smith.

She also admitted that the 6'4" hunk has been amazing throughout the pregnancy, talking to her baby bump regularly.

According to Minogue, despite Smith being seven years her junior it is him that keeps her grounded and calm.

She laughed at the idea that she was 'a cougar' but admitted that she had never thought she would end up with a younger man.

The baby is due this summer, forcing Minogue out of the auditions for The X Factor but it is believed Dannii will return for the live shows in the Autumn.
