N-Dubz reportedly threatened fellow rapper Lethal Bizzle during the Soccer Six charity tournament at Charlton FC.
The Daily Mirror reports that Dappy, Fazer and Tulisa, flanked by their entourage of 10, confronted Bizzle, shouting: "We're gonna f****** do you."
The rappers have been at loggerheads since last year, when Bizzle claimed that N-Dubz used a sample of a demo he sent to Tulisa in their hit I Need You.
However, N-Dubz deny the claim and say that they recorded the song two months before Lethal Bizzle sent them the demo.
A spokesperson for Lethal Bizzle said: "Bizzle stood his ground and I could see they started backing off. But then Tulisa jumped in and started screaming abuse while security looked on.
"The crowd saw what happened and turned on N-Dubz and started booing them."
Meanwhile, a rep for N-Dubz has played down the incident, sating: "The band remain understandably annoyed about the claims Lethal Bizzle has made against them.
"They take their music and songwriting very seriously and wanted to set the record straight."
