Ecologie à deux vitesses. Double-standard ecology: One for the developed countries, one for the rest. In matter of judiciary system, it's been the case for so many years if not decades. So that's not that surprising if those giant corporates can do whatever they want against populations' health abroad, or against nature, because they can pay the best lawyers to defend them in any cases of pollution or degradations they might face. That's the bottom line. We do have to change the way and set the limits of impunity which is induced by the power of money! We ought to change the Law and the way it should be applied regardless how strong or not people or organizations involved in a case could be! It's a matter of political willingness and courage! or just stop talking about "our kids' future" while all you're doing is to protect (in a silly manner) the privileges of your own offspring!
