Will.i.am has denied claims that the Black Eyed Peas are going to go their separate ways.

It was reported that Fergie was close to leaving the group, but will.i.am has refuted these allegations on his Twitter page, saying: "Don't believe the gossip about Fergie leaving the group (we are never breaking up). It's all lies!!!"

Claims have also been made that Fergie, whose real name is Stacy Ferguson, still has not committed to the group's 2011 tour because she wants to start a family with her husband, actor Josh Duhamel.

The group are currently still enjoying a high level of success. Their song I Gotta Feeling has just been announced as the the first ever single to be downloaded more than one million times in the UK.

The band have also just written the theme tune to Tom Cruise's new movie Knight and Day, and the actor recently made a surprise appearance on stage with the group at the London O2 arena, joining in with their final song of the evening.
