Fortis Healthcare promoters Malvinder and Shivinder Singh on Thursday made the counter offer for Singapore-based hospital chain Parkway Holdings at a premium of just 0.5 per cent over what rival bidder Khazanah offered. Now all eyes are on Khazanah to see what their strategy will be.
