Angelina Jolie has revealed that she performed all her own stunts in her new spy-action film Salt.

The actress had only just given birth to twins Knox and Vivienne, before she had to start shooting for the role in 2008

The film centres around Jolie's character Evelyn Salt, a CIA Agent who is accused of bring a Russian spy, and must prove her innocence.

The film's release coincides with the real life spy story playing out right now, as Russia and the US conduct the biggest spy swap since the Cold War.

Salt hits UK cinemas from August 20.
