State-owned NTPC may soon get a new partner in form of the Qatar government to expand its Dabhol power plant. In an exclusive interview to NDTV, NTPC chairman has said the Qatar has shown interest for picking up stake in Dabhol, now renamed as Ratnagiri Power project.
