Garbage Truck Falls into Strean in Glen Rock, NJ

A garbage truck lost it's breaks on DeBoer Drive in Glen Rock, NJ. It toppled over the guard-rail and landed in a near by stream. The vehicle was towed, and now the oil damage to the stream is being assesed by the Bergen County Haz-Mat team.
