Officer,Clinton Ovalle,continues to taser,Mr.Eugene Billups,before the video was released these officers made,up all kinds of charges to cover there wrong doing,including throwing something thirty feet while being tased,impossible..the police report is even worse,but this is what they do in cleveland ohio,you have proof they don't listen,but its okay for cops to lie..This is are fight for justice,and we need help,outside help,everyone is playing dumb,brick wall,so show the support,and help us bring this to justice.
