After a long drive in the desert, Detroit Lives! was founded in 2009 as a creative factory producing a good story about Detroit. Hand-printed posters, shirts, bags, and even jewelery are all designed with the mission of sharing a positive story about Detroit. All proceeds benefit projects hosted by DL! to keep the city moving (think public art, events, the blog, and even a yearly exhibition.)
