While cleaning out a home of a recently deceased client, Trevor (Justin Kirk), Amber (Terryn Westbrook) and Rob (Sam Rosen) stumble upon a bizarre voyeuristic website featuring Havoc, a man who sleeps in a cage and builds bombs in his basement. After they learn his mass murdering plot may be more than fiction, they must stop him or face the consequences.
