Today is the Memorial of Bl. Bonaventure of Potenza and Fr. Bonaventure preaches on the virtues of this saint, particularly his extraordinary obedience that even took on a miraculous nature. He also points out the role of extraordinary miracles should point out the need for us to continue in the ordinary ways to holiness, that is, doing our daily duties well and partaking in the sacraments.
