Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway reunite on the big screen in latest film Love and Other Drugs, where their on-screen chemistry sizzles.
"There's just something cosmic that happens when something works and we just trusted each other in a way that is rare," Gyllenhaal said.
Based on Jamie Reidy's non-fiction book Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman, Gyllenhaal takes on the role of Jamie, a pharmaceutical sales rep who discovers the best drug is love.
Although described as a comedy drama, Anne Hathaway says it is best not to pigeon-hole the film.
"One of the things I love about movies is that you don't have to love one genre in place of another one and I think if you like fluffy romantic comedies, there's no reason you will dislike this film," she said.
Love And Other Drugs is released in UK cinemas on 29 December 2010.
